Decentralized Wallet
1. If you are a iOS users, are using decentralized wallet (not cloud wallet) including Polkadot/Edgeware/Kusama/Kulupu/ChainX, please install the TestFlight version, you can download it on our website:

(Note: the reason why it only available in testflight version is that AppStore does not allow any DAPPs in crypto wallet even DAPP browser.)

7. If the wallet balance data cannot be pulled/refreshed when you make transfer, please try switching to another node of the relevant wallet in:
Me – Settings – Node Settings-Relevant node to the wallet

8. If you withdraw token from the cloud wallet, and the amount of a single transfer exceeds certain limit, you may need to wait a little for customer service to review and approval, you can check here for the specific amount limit:

9. If you send token to the Cloud Wallet, and forgot or mistake the memo needed. Please send your transaction ID, transaction screenshot, and your Math Account to hello@mathwallet.org
10. If you send token to the Cloud Wallet, and the Cloud Wallet balance does not update accordingly. Please check the blockchain explorer first and make sure the transaction is confirm on chain. If it is confirmed, please send the transaction information to hello@mathwallet.org
